The below photos are of a recent addition project in Cardiff by the Sea, CA. We took a prefabricated sun room that had two separate failed attempts at sealing it from the elements, and built a home addition that perfectly matched the original look and feel of this unique home. And, what might matter most to the homeowners; it cost just about the same that the original pre-fab addition and the 2 repairs cost. Except this room will be as sealed from the outside world as the rest of the home, but will allow cool breezes in whenever desired.
