With over 25-plus years of experience in the fashion, restaurant, floral, event and interior design industries we provide our clients with services ranging from bespoke dinner parties and wedding and event design, to custom gifting (we have a fabulous florist in house!) and an on-call concierge. Robert

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Robert is the stereotypical Brooklyn Italian. From the time he was a child he would go to Manhattan, fascinated by big city life. Going against family wishes to stay in the neighborhood and work for the family business, his Godmother helped him sneak off to the city to pursue his dreams.

At 18, he moved to Manhattan using every penny he had to get a small studio apartment on the Lower East Side, before it was the cool place to live. He received a degree in culinary arts and business management from The New York Restaurant School. After graduation he secured a top internship with Francois Payard, soon to be hired full-time. One year into his culinary adventure he realized that it was not for him. He wanted more interaction with patrons, so he decided to move onto his second passion: fashion. Next stop Madison Avenue!

He was soon hired with the Personal Shopping VIP program at Saks Fifth Avenue. From there he worked at luxury fashion houses like, Versace, Michael Kors, Max Mara and Celine. He has had the opportunity to open seven Flagship locations for various labels in New York, Miami and Los Angeles.

Developing an interest in floral design and the event industry, he then earned the title of Director of Retail and Business Development at L'Olivier Floral Atelier where he continued his partnerships with fashion houses, high society, restaurants and hotels. His clients often encouraged him to start his own company, and soon RC Inc. was born.

Our team

Moving to New York City from Long Island at an early age, Biana broke into the event industry with the help of her hard work ethic and playful sense of humor. She spent the next ten years specializing in event catering and floral décor for luxury lifestyle brands. Biana's mission is to always go above and beyond. She will always strive for perfection.

Tiffani grew up in Texas. She moved to New York to attend Parsons School of Design. After school she became one of the most sought after event designers in New York, with experience designing events in Los Angeles, Miami and Bali.

Daniel started his career as a concierge at the Waldorf Astoria. In 2010 he became the top concierge at The Plaza Hotel. He specializes in creating a unique experience personalized to each of his guests.
