Shawn has completed numerous projects for my wife and I. He completely remodeled our kitchen and 3 baths in our Del Mar home. He did this well within our budget and in less time than we anticipated. Shawn also did a complete remodel of our kitchen in our condo. Shawn also did all of the commercial tenant improvements for 2 different business that I am partners in. My wife and I underwent our first experience with a remodel with Reliable Contractors. Our anxieties ran high with this being our first time, and the fact that we were going into this situation somewhat blind. However, Reliable Contractors proved to be a blessing for us. Shawn was very professional from the beginning and basically held our hand throughout the process. Shawn gave use truthful and straightforward answers to our questions.
After demolition began, my wife and I were very uneasy, yet were calmed by Shawn as he reassured us that we would begin to see improvements soon. And we did. We are exceedingly satisfied in his work, for he provided high quality work in a reasonable amount of time.
Shawn’s work ethic, and that of his subcontractors, was additionally strong. He would call us two or more times a week to update us on the project and encouraged us to take walkthroughs during the remodel. In regards to costs, Shawn was always upfront about the price and when each payment was due. The costs for labor and materials were further broken down line by line on the quote and contract, and thus it was easily understood where money was spent.
In the end, Shawn made our dream for our Condo a reality. The work that was done was definitely of a high quality and met all our expectations. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Contractors 110% for any improvement needs.
